Application Procedures and Key Deadlines
Admission Timetable for 2026-27 Intake
We invite applications from September 2025 onwards for the 2026-27 Intake. Admissions operate on a rolling basis. We recommend that non-local applicants apply as early as possible to allow sufficient time for student visa, personal preparations and arrival in Hong Kong.
Application deadlines for the 2026-27 intake are as follows:

*Admission results will be announced approximately one month after interview for both full-time and part-time modes.
Applications can be made through our online application system. Simply register as a user and you will be able to take as much time as necessary to complete the application form before the deadline.
Application Materials
Your application should include the following materials in English:
- Completed online application form
- CV/resume with photo
- Academic transcript(s)
- Degree certificate(s)
- Official GMAT or GRE score report (if applicable)
- Official TOEFL or IELTS score report (if applicable)
- Professional qualifications (if applicable)
- Two references (The two referees provided in your application will be invited by email to complete an online reference report when you submit your application. Referees are requested to complete the report online, and additional reference letters, if any, can be uploaded as attachments.)
- Application fee of HK$800
Scanned copies of academic transcripts, GMAT/GRE official score reports and TOEFL/IELTS official score reports are sufficient at the application stage. Applicants will be notified individually for shortlist interview. The original copies of supporting documents (including transcripts, degree certificate, score reports, etc.) are required if applicants are being admitted to the program, and should be submitted before the designated deadline before program commencement.
Interview
Applicant profiles are reviewed upon full completion of online applications and full payment of the application fee. Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview. We conduct face-to-face interviews with shortlisted applicants residing in Hong Kong where possible. For applicants in other regions, video interviews via the internet are arranged. Phone interview requests are not considered.
